Where an individual accepts these Terms on behalf of a Customer organisation, they represent and warrant that they have the authority to bind the organisation.
1. Platform description and service levels
AI Interview is a software-as-a-service platform for configuring AI-led interview rounds, managing applicants, running browser-based interview sessions, and reviewing scores, transcripts, recordings, and proctoring signals. The platform is provided on a credit-based subscription model.
2. Account and eligibility
The Customer must be a legal entity or a sole proprietor operating in a business capacity. Individual consumers may not use this platform. The individual creating the account represents and warrants that they are authorised to act on behalf of the Customer organisation.
The Customer is responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials;
- all activity conducted under the Customer's workspace; and
- ensuring that only authorised personnel access the platform.
3. AI evaluations: advisory nature and non-discrimination
AI-generated scores, summaries, and evaluation outputs are decision-support tools only. They are not determinative hiring decisions. The Customer remains solely responsible for:
- all final hiring and rejection decisions;
- compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law, including the Code on Wages, 2019, Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPWD) Act, 2016, and any other applicable law; and
- ensuring that AI outputs are not used as the sole or primary basis for an adverse employment decision.
HROne does not warrant that AI outputs are free from bias. Customers are encouraged to conduct periodic audits of AI-assisted hiring outcomes across protected characteristics.
4. Candidate sessions: consent and recording
The Customer is responsible for:
- obtaining valid, informed consent from each Candidate before the interview session, including consent to recording, AI processing, and (where enabled) proctoring; and
- providing Candidates with HROne's Privacy Policy (or a link to it) in the interview invitation.
HROne provides a standard candidate consent notice within the interview invitation flow. The Customer must not disable or modify this notice without HROne's written approval. Recordings and transcripts are accessible only to authorised users within the Customer's workspace for the retention period specified in the Privacy Policy.
5. Credits and payments
Usage is metered in credits. Unless otherwise stated on the Pricing page, 1 credit equals 15 minutes of live interview session time.
Credit packs are sold in INR by Uneecops Workplace Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are subject to GST at the applicable rate. Prices displayed at checkout are inclusive/exclusive of GST as stated at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., a licensed Payment Aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. By proceeding to payment, the Customer agrees to Cashfree's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the Pricing page. Expired credits are forfeited. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Acceptable use
The Customer must not use the platform to:
- conduct interviews for roles in jurisdictions where AI-assisted hiring is prohibited or restricted by law;
- process personal data of minors (individuals under 18 years of age);
- harass, intimidate, or deceive candidates;
- use AI outputs as the sole basis for adverse employment decisions;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform or its AI outputs;
- resell or sub-license access to the platform without HROne's prior written consent;
- impersonate candidates or create fictitious interview sessions; or
- take any action that disrupts the platform or its infrastructure.
8. Suspension and termination
HROne may suspend or terminate the Customer's access immediately (without notice) in the event of: (a) a material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment of amounts due; (c) a security threat to the platform or other customers; or (d) a regulatory direction requiring suspension.
14. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time with an updated effective date.
