Summary
Credit packs are non-refundable once payment is confirmed and credits are added to your account, except in the circumstances listed in Section 2. This policy applies to all pack purchases made through the AI Interview platform.
1. Credit pack purchases
Credits are sold in INR by Uneecops Workplace Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as prepaid access to AI Interview services. Credits are applied to your account immediately after successful payment confirmation from Cashfree.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits not used within the validity period will expire and are forfeited.
- Partially used credit packs are not refundable once interview sessions have commenced.
- Volume or promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase are not retroactively adjustable.
2. When refunds are available
A refund will be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure on crediting: Payment was successfully processed by Cashfree but credits were not applied to your account due to a verified technical error on our systems.
- Duplicate charge: A verified duplicate transaction charged to the same payment method for the same order.
- Unauthorized charge: A charge that the account holder credibly disputes as unauthorised, reported within 21 days of the transaction date and verified through our investigation process.
- Service non-commencement: Where a purchased credit pack was never usable due to a platform-level error preventing access, and the error was not caused by the Customer's account or network.
Refunds are not available for: credits consumed in interview sessions that have commenced (regardless of session outcome); credits that have expired; or dissatisfaction with AI output quality (which is advisory by nature).
3. Refund timeline and method
Where a refund is approved:
- HROne will initiate the refund within 7 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card or UPI handle) used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method.
- Cashfree's settlement timelines apply for the onward credit to your bank or card account; this typically takes 3–7 business days for card transactions and 1–3 business days for UPI, but may vary.
- For GST-inclusive transactions, the refund will include the GST component. A credit note will be issued in accordance with applicable law.
4. Cancellations
This is a prepaid, credit-based service. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. The Customer may stop purchasing additional credit packs at any time without penalty.
If an Organisation account is closed: (a) unused credits within their validity period are forfeited and are not refunded; and (b) Customer Data will be retained and then deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email hr-one_support@hrone.cloud with the subject line 'Refund Request:[Order ID]' and include:
- organisation name and registered account email;
- Cashfree order ID and payment date;
- amount paid (INR);
- description of the issue and the ground under Section 2 on which refund is claimed; and
- supporting evidence (e.g. payment confirmation, screenshot of missing credits).
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days of receiving complete information.
6. GST invoices and credit notes
GST-compliant tax invoices are available in your billing history immediately after checkout. For approved refunds, a credit note will be issued within 30 days of the refund initiation. Customers are responsible for adjusting their GST input tax credit claims in accordance with applicable law.
7. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer (details in the Privacy Policy, Clause 10).
